Promo Tampa Tools is a web application that helps a small Tampa, Florida marketing team manage and report on the Google marketing accounts of local service businesses that hired them.
What Promo Tampa Tools does
- Keyword research: reads keyword ideas and average monthly search volume from Google Ads Keyword Planner, to plan website content.
- Advertising reports: reads campaign performance (impressions, clicks, cost, leads) from the client's Google Ads account.
- Business Profile management: publishes posts, updates business information and services, and reads reviews and performance insights on the client's Google Business Profile.
- Website reports: reads search and traffic statistics from Google Search Console and Google Analytics for the client's website.
- Monthly report: combines this data into one monthly performance report for the client.
Why Promo Tampa Tools requests access to Google user data
Promo Tampa Tools asks for permission to access Google Ads (scope: adwords) and Google Business Profile (scope: business.manage) only to perform the tasks listed above, for accounts whose owners have added us as a manager or user and authorized the app. The data is used only to provide marketing services and reports to that same account owner. It is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
